| RCONA (Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations) was established in 1997. There are 38 neighborhoods within the city of Roseville. The Stanford Neighborhood Association's boundaries are Hwy 65, Stanford Ranch, Blue Oaks, and the Roseville City Limit (North). |
