The Stanford Neighborhood Association was formed to maintain and improve the quality of life within our neighborhood by uniting residents and working together to solve problems. The Association will facilitate communication between neighbors, our designated Police Officers and other City of Roseville agencies in an effort to keep members of the Association aware and informed. The objectives of the Association are to:
- Implement a Neighborhood Watch Program.
- Implement a “Keep Kids Alive – Drive 25” Program.
- Keep the neighborhood informed of vital issues.
- Represent and advance the interests of the neighborhood.
- Facilitate Association events to boost participation and awareness.
- Cooperate with and report to the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations (RCONA).
What is RCONA?
The Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations (RCONA) is the umbrella organization of the neighborhood associations within the City of Roseville, made up of one representative from each Neighborhood Association. RCONA is organized to improve and/or maintain the quality of life within the City of Roseville by working with the individual neighborhood associations to solve social, physical and economic problems; by facilitating communications within and between neighborhoods; by providing support to neighborhood associations and projects, which raise the level of community participation by citizens.
What are the boundaries of the Stanford Neighborhood Association?
The Neighborhood Association boundaries in Roseville are defined by the City. On average, they include between 800 and 1,000 homes each.
The Stanford Neighborhood Association is comprised of approximately 1,200 residences.The area covered by the Stanford Neighborhood Association is geographically located as follows in the City of Roseville: The north border is the same as the City of Roseville city limits extending from Stanford Ranch Road west to Highway 65, the eastward border is the Adventure Church’s easterly property line, and the south border extends from Stanford Ranch Road along the “Dry Creek” green belt across Fairway Drive to the limits of Highway 65. The west border is Highway 65.

Membership in the Association is open to any person who lives, owns property or works at a business within the Association’s boundaries. Your involvement and support is crucial to the success of our community, and there are many ways you can participate. We welcome and encourage you to become involved by signing up for a user account on the Web site to stay informed, and by attending and actively participating in the Neighborhood Association’s meetings.
